Opportunities For Sponsors Before The Event

 

Besides the obvious opportunities for sponsors to be involved or to advertise their products and/or services during the 4 day event, MONSEC also provide opportunities leading up to the event.

  • Event Advertising
    Sponsors will be listed and major sponsors will have their logos included on event flyers.

  • Website
    All sponsors will be listed on the event website. Links to sponsors' websites will also be attached and will be maintained regularly.

  • Mail Outs
    Generally Monaro Nationals are held in regional areas. MONSEC will use mail outs to assist entrants gain a better insight of the area they will be visiting, as well as promoting the event and giving small updates on how the event is progressing. We intend for there to be 3 mail outs and sponsors will be recognised in these mail outs.

  • Goodie Bags
    Goodie bags are handed to all entrants on checking in at the event. These bags give sponsors the opportunity to add items to promote their products and/or services.  Items may include stickers, leaflets, discount coupons, and samples.

During the 4 day event, MONSEC has on offer a varying array of opportunities for sponsors to be involved and to advertise their products and services.

  • Naming Rights
    For major sponsors, the opportunity exists to be a naming rights sponsor of a scheduled event. For example, the “General Motors Australia Show’n’Shine”.
  • Trade Stalls
    Space will be provided at the Show’n’Shine for businesses to set up a trade stand so they can advertise and sell their products and/or services.

  • Apparel
    Entrant shirts will have the event name and logo on them as well as the logos of the major sponsors. All entrants are given one of these shirts. They are proudly worn over the course of the 4 day event and, therefore, become very easily spotted, generating a fabulous feeling to the wearers as being part of something special.

  • Entrant Sticker
    All entrants are given a large sticker which they attach centrally to the top of  their windscreens. These stickers have the event name and logo, entrant number, and also the logos of the major sponsors.

  • Sponsor Banner
    All sponsors, including their logo if they have one, will be recognised on a sponsor banner. This banner will be displayed at all events scheduled over the 4 day weekend.

  • Trophy Recognition
    All trophies presented at the Presentation Dinner will have their naming recognition shared across all sponsors. Sponsors will also have the opportunity to present the trophies if they wish to do so.

  • Air Time 
    There will be a PA system set up at the Show’n’Shine. This will be used to provide some background music for the event and allow event messages to be easily communicated. All sponsors will regularly be mentioned throughout the duration of the Show’n’Shine from 10am to 4pm. There will also be the opportunity for major sponsors to participate in “interviews” with the MC to discuss their products and/or services.
